By accessing or using Nerve, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.
Nerve is an AI-powered operating system for D2C brands. It provides AI agents for finance, marketing, sales, operations, and research. The service is provided on a subscription basis.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You may not use Nerve to violate any laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, transmit harmful content, or interfere with the service. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these policies.
Nerve offers a 14-day free trial, after which a paid subscription is required to continue using the service. Subscription fees are billed in advance. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
You retain ownership of any data you input into Nerve. Nerve and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Nerve and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Nerve is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
